Recently, I decided to awaken the broadcasting part of me, but did not want to start all over again. Having had some experience and training, I wanted to expedite the process. That's when I happened upon NBTN and Cathy Keyes. After hearing my story, Cathy was very excited to help and help she did.

…Being a DJ has been my dream for so long and until I found NBTN I thought it would never happen. Your program opened up so many doors for me that would have otherwise never happened. I have been studying your course for about 3 or 4 months now and already have a position with one of the biggest stations in Denver. I honestly feel that without your ability to place your students with mentors, like Jay Shields, the Production Manager of Alice 106, I would have never been considered for such a position.

Upon graduation from Broadcasters Training Network , Susan was able to launch her own show "Losing weight with Susan B" which airs Sunday Mornings from 9:00am – 10:00am on 1470 AM WWNN in Miami, FL. Susan is currently working on syndicating her show throughout the United States.

UPDATE: "I never thought that I would ever get to this point where I would get to go full-time at the station. It's an awesome feeling. Especially when some of the other staff found out and they have been great. Lots of "congratulations" and "I deserve it for all the hard work I do." Thank you Tom for all your support and thanks to the program because without it I would not be in this great situation today. It was definitely worth every penny for the program.
