Disc jockey jobs may seem competitive, but here at NBTN, we have noticed that if a student has talent and drive, he or she can succeed. We do not offer a static, classroom-style training modality. Instead, we offer hands-on, one-on-one training with a mentor who actually works in a local station, so that you get experience, contacts, and confidence from day one!

We offer training in the United States and Canada, in both English and Spanish-speaking stations. Whatever you love, whatever your interests, we place you in the corresponding environment. There are dream opportunities in rock stations, sports stations, classical stations, and television, among others.

At Broadcaster's Training Network, we have developed our national apprenticeship training program to be the "go-to" resource for stations looking for well-trained new talent. Our success is due in large part to the fact that we pre-screen applicants, who are then hand-selected by mentors in local stations. With this individualized training, our students get a world-class education and job experience at the same time.
