BTN utilizes the age-old instructor/apprentice relationship.

to achieve the goal of employment in broadcasting, rather than a certificate or diploma. It's just you and your instructor, one-on-one. There aren't the restrictions and compromises normally found in schools where one teacher has 30 or more students to consider.

BTN matches you with a personalized instructor designed to fit your specific goals. If, for instance, you want to become a DJ, we'll match you with one of our member DJs currently working at a station in your area. If you want to become a sports broadcaster we'll match you with a member instructor who's currently a sports broadcaster in your area. Whatever you're interested in doing in broadcasting, news, sports, music, talk, production, or voice-overs, we have members who are currently doing it, who may be interested in teaching you!
