What Is National Broadcasters Training Network?

(NBTN) is an apprenticeship training program designed to develop aspiring new broadcasters. Our unique mentor/apprentice training method places you directly into a radio/TV station in your local community. A prominent member of that station's air staff is selected and literally hired to train you on a personal, one-on-one basis.

Does it work? Because all apprentices are first prescreened by the NBTN Staff, and then personally accepted by their mentor and instructor, job placement success often comes naturally. In fact, many students are hired before their training is even completed!
